The owners of this property in the middle Hirafu village were in love with the location of their house and the beautiful mature tree in front of the property but needed more space for their growing family. The solution was the addition of a 2 bedroom annex allowing the flexibility to use the house as one larger property or to rent the house and annex separately. A creative design and efficient use of space has created a successful and fun project.
