Shiki Niseko is a 68 apartment hotel in Hirafu’s central village. Completed in November 2012, Shiki took two years to complete. The 1F lobby houses Hirafu’s first Michelin star restaurant – Kamimura, and a popular retail area and supermarket. Working together with two of the most prestigious Architecture and construction groups in Hokkaido, Dominic acted as assistant project manager for the majority of the project, assuming the role of lead client side project manager 4 months prior to project completion.
